摘要
装甲车辆在使用过程中,常常发生因电气设备故障而影响整车可靠性的问题,因此,对装甲车辆电气设备故障类型进行了梳理和分析,找出了导致电气设备故障的主要原因,大多是由于不良的外部电源品质影响了电气设备的可靠性.针对此问题,该方案提出了规范外部电源的供电特性、优化外接电源电路、增加外部电源监控电路和抗尖峰浪涌能力的解决措施.经过装车和台架试验,结果表明该方案可有效减少外部电源对车辆电气设备工作的影响,提高了电气设备电源的适应性.
The reliability problem resulting from electrical equipment failure often occurs when an armored vehicle is in use.The main cause of electrical equipment’s failure is due to the poor quality of the external power supply. A solution is put forward which proposes the profile of the characteristics of the programmed external power supply,the optimized external power supply and the increased monitor circuit of external power,the resisted ability against the surge voltage and the aiguilles voltage.The experimental results show that it can effectively reduce the influence of the external power supply to the electrical equipment and can improve the adaptability of the electrical equipment’s power supply.
