摘要
面对愈演愈烈的生源大战,如何吸引更多的优质考生成为当今高校亟待解决的招生难题。基于生源的视角,构建高分段考生和一般分数段考生高校选择的元胞自动机模型,以N校在J省的招生为例,对高校招生竞争的演化过程进行模拟仿真,分析两类考生报考概率的各种影响因素及作用过程。演化结果表明高校可以依靠核心竞争力以及招生附加条件吸引高分段考生,通过分散宣传以及合理调节调档分数线吸引一般分数段考生,量化的参考依据能够为高校吸引优质生源提供更加合理的决策支持。
In the context of fierce competition for the excellent students,the issue of how to attract highquality student to make enrollment is becoming thorny and urgent to be solved.This paper constructed a CA model,from the perspective of the students,for the students with high scores and those with average performance when they choose colleges.The paper explored the students’ recruitment situation of College N in J province and simulated the competitive evolvement of the college enrollment,analyzing the factors influencing the choices of such two kinds of students.The results showed that students with excellent performance could be attracted by the core competitiveness and additional conditions of a college;while for the students with average scores,spreading publicity and adjustments of the enrollment criteria worked.The results also demonstrated that the quantized references were conducive to the reasonable decision-making for the colleges in terms of attracting high-quality students.
