基于文献计量分析的我国高校教师胜任力研究综述 被引量:5

摘要 基于中国期刊网收录的221条我国高校教师胜任力研究文献,采用文献计量和数据分析的方法,发现该研究领域近10年来呈现如下特点:文献数量自2004年后迅速增加;研究对象主要集中在高校教师和思政辅导员队伍,高校管理层的研究较少;研究内容主要集中在高校教师能力素质模型的构成方面;独撰是主要形式,还未形成稳定的学者群;研究力量集中在经济较为发达地区的普通高校。 With methods of bibliometrics and data analysis,we analyzed 221 papers on the study of university teachers’ competency that are included by CNKI.The analysis results show that the study of university teachers’ competency in the last decade has features as follows:firstly,the number of papers in this field increased rapidly after 2004.Secondly,the subjects of the studies were mainly the university teachers and ideological and political instructors.There were few studies concerned with university administration.Thirdly,the studies focused on the model construction of the competence and quality for university teachers.Fourthly,the papers were mostly not coauthored,which indicates that stable and relatively large research groups have not been formed in this field yet.Lastly,the authors were mainly from the universities in economically developed regions.
