摘要
易燃易爆物品储存和运输安全一直是人们关注的焦点。作为新型的阻隔防爆材料,多孔非金属材料以其自身的优越性能已在众多领域得到广泛应用。在充分调研国内外文献的基础上,对不同的多孔非金属材料进行横向对比,总结了多孔非金属材料性能及其主要防爆机理;针对多孔非金属材料火焰淬熄和压力波抑制的作用,从理论研究、实验研究和模拟研究三个方面综述了国内外研究现状,分析了以往研究存在的不足,并指出了未来的发展方向,为今后的研究提供参考。
The safety of flammable and explosive chemicals in storage and transport has attracted close attention all the time. As the emerging separate and explosion proof materials,porous non-metallic materials show their superior performances in application in many fields. On the basis of sufficient investigations of literature published at home and abroad, this paper makes a comparison between different porous non metallic materials,then summarizes their characteristics and main explosion proof mechanism. In view of the effectiveness of porous non metallic materials on flame propagation quenching and shock wave suppression, the paper thoroughly evaluates current researches at home and abroad concerning theoretical studies, experimental researches and simulation studies,and then analyzes the deficiencies of the previous studies. At the end,the paper points out the development trend of porous non-metallic materials, which can provide reference for the future studies.
