摘要
采用原位聚合法制备纳米炭黑(CB)/聚酰亚胺(PI)复合材料,使用摩擦磨损试验机、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料进行表征,并考察润滑条件、载荷、线性滑动速率对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在油润滑、高载荷以及高滑动速率条件下复合材料的摩擦磨损性能较好;随着CB质量分数的提高,纳米CB/PI复合材料的摩擦磨损性能得到提高。当纳米CB质量分数为4.5%时,纳米CB/PI复合材料摩擦因数为0.146,磨损率为2.29×10-14m3/(N·m)。
The nanometer carbon black (CB)/polyimide (PI) composite material was prepared by polymerization.The performances of CB/PI composite were characterized by friction wear tester,Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The influences of lubrication conditions,load and linear sliding rates on tribological performances of CB/PI composite material were investigated.Results showed that good tribological performance of CB/PI composite material was obtained under conditions of oil lubrication,high loads and high sliding speed.With the increase of nano-CB content,tribological performance of CB/PI composite was improved.When the nano-CB mass fraction was 4.5%,the friction factor of CB/PI composite material was 0.146,the wear rate of CB/PI composite material was 2.29×10-14 m3/(N·m).
