弹性模量比对正交各向异性承压锥壳大端应力的影响

摘要 使用各向异性薄壳理论对承压锥壳大端进行了力学分析,获得了锥壳大端连接处的剪力、弯矩及应力解,计算了弹性模量比对结构连接处的剪力、弯矩以及沿筒体纵向应力分布的影响。与各向同性的结果对比表明,弹性模量比对结构应力影响显著。研究结果为正交各向异性承压锥壳设计提供了参考。 Through the analysis of large end of pressured conical shell based on anisotropic thin shell theory,the solution of shear,bending moment and stress at the junction of conical shell were obtained.The influences of elastic modulus ratio on shear force,bending moment at the junction and the longitudinal stress distribution were also obtained from the calculation.A comparison between the anisotropic solution and the isotropic result showed that the elastic modulus ratio significantly affected the structure stress.The results provided references for the design of orthotropic pressured conical shell.
