改性KL沸石催化合成碳酸二甲酯

Synthesis of dimethyl carbonate by modified zeolite KL

摘要 采用固相研磨法制备KOH负载于KL型分子筛的非均相催化剂KOH/KL,用于催化碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇合成碳酸二甲酯反应,探索其在不同KOH负载量、焙烧温度下对催化性能的影响;采用X线衍射仪(XRD)及N2吸附仪进行表征分析。结果表明:焙烧温度为400℃、KOH负载量为30%的催化剂L型骨架结构未被破坏,活性组分很好地分散在孔道中;在反应温度为70℃,反应4 h的条件下,碳酸丙烯酯转化率达到49.5%。 Heterogeneous KOH/KL zeolite catalysts were prepared by solid phase grinding.Their catalytic performances were evaluated by the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from propylene carbonate and methanol.The influences of different KOH loading,calcination temperatures on catalyst performances were also investigated.The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and nitrogen adsorption instrument.Results indicated that the structure of catalyst was not damaged and the active ingredient was dispersed well in the pore,when it was calcined at 400 ℃ with 30% of load capacity.The catalytic synthesis of dimethyl carbonate could achieve 49.5% conversion at 70 ℃ for 4 h.
