摘要
根据目前城市轨道交通发展对人才的需求,着重分析能力本位职业教育的理论意义和应用价值,并提出了基于能力本位的高职城市轨道交通工程技术专业课程体系。在实施过程中以培养学生的职业能力为主线,校企深度融合,创新了实训基地建设新模式。创新并实践了"333"多岗轮换的顶岗实习新模式。该研究对相关院校的相关专业课程体系建设具有一定的指导意义。
The article first analyzes the theoretical significance and application value of competence-oriented higher vocational education and then puts forward the competence-oriented curriculum system of city orbit transportation engineering and technology in the vocational colleges. In the practice of this curriculum system, we built a new mode of training base construction by deepening the school-enterprise cooperation and develop the students' professional capacity. We also built a new model of internship, the "333" post rotation mode. The research may provide a certain guiding significance to curriculum system construction of relevant institutions in the future.
