摘要
目的观察两种痤疮面膜在治疗痤疮的综合疗效方面的对比。方法将100例痤疮患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组用局部外敷的方法,即用脱脂棉遮盖眉毛、眼睛和口,留出鼻孔,其余部位予以石膏面膜外敷(不包括眉毛、眼睛和口);对照组用整体外敷的方法,即除鼻孔以外的整个面部(包括用脱脂棉遮盖了的眉毛、眼睛和口)予以石膏面膜外敷。比较2组主要症状变化及综合疗效。结果观察组与对照组在满意度及石膏粉用量方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论石膏面膜局部外敷较整体外敷更能提高患者的满意度及综合治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of ache by the two kinds of masks. Methods We randomly divided 100 cases of ac-ne into two groups respectively. We considered patients with plaster mask all over the face except for eyebrows, eyes, mouth as observation group and patients with plaster mask all over the face including eyebrows, eyes, mouth, only separated by absorbent cotton as controlled group. We Compared main symptom score varies and the comprehensive curative effect of two groups. Results It is observed that the differences of the satisfaction and the dosage of gypsum powder between two groups are definitely different, which has statistically significient （ P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion The observation group improved the effect of patient comfort and comprehensive treatment.
