摘要
内蒙地区籽瓜种植为家庭式小面积种植模式,种植面积不大,地块分散。籽瓜收获环节中捡拾工作全部人工完成,劳动强度很大,劳动力紧缺。针对此难题,拟定一种小型籽瓜捡拾装置的设计方案。阐述了籽瓜捡拾装置的工作原理、主要参数、关键零部件的设计及其他部件的参数计算。以滚筒拨瓜齿的方式,机械化完成地上捡起、切断瓜蔓、送到配备的收瓜箱内等工作,为研制小型籽瓜捡拾装置提供设计参考。
Seed melon planting in Inner Mongolia area is family oriented with small planting area and dispersed blocks. In the melon harvest time, the pick-up work is mostly done by manual. The labor intensity is heavy and it's hard to find labor man to do the job. Aimed at the problem, the study is focused on design of a pick-up unit for seed melon and to account for the work principal, main parameters and the design and calculation for essential parts. And the process of picking melon up from the ground and cutting the vein, then transferring to the collecting box was described. The study could provide theoretical foundation for small-type seed melon pick-up unit manufacturing.
