摘要 针对我国秸秆燃料成型机在应用过程中存在的生产率低、成型能耗高以及主要工作部件寿命短等方面问题,设计了9JZ-32型秸秆燃料成型机。该机采用平模挤压成型技术,把秸秆等生物质原料压缩制成高效、环保的秸秆燃料块。同时,对该机的关键零件进行了设计,对样机的工作性能进行了试验研究。生产试验证明,该机设计先进、工作安全可靠、操作方便,并且生产效率高,耗电量减少,生产的秸秆燃料块燃烧值高,能够满足生产使用要求。 Aiming at the problems of low productivity, high energy consumption and short life of the main working parts in the process of using straw fuel forming machine in China, the 9JZ-32 straw fuel forming machine is designed. The machine adopts flat die extrusion molding technology to compress biological materials such as straw into efficient, environmentally friendly straw fuel block. At the same time, the key parts of the machine are designed, the working performance of the prototype is studied. Production test shows that the machine is featured with advanced design, safe and reliable work, convenient operation, high production efficiency, and reduced power consumption. Straw fuel blocks produced by the machine have high combustion value, can meet the requirement of production.
