离心泵叶轮的加工工艺探讨

摘要 简述了离心泵的工作原理,在分析叶轮加工工艺对水泵性能影响的基础上,提出了叶轮加工工艺应能保证叶轮前后盖板内表面形成的流道及中间叶片绕理论轴心线旋转的制定准则,制定了两套水泵叶轮机械加工工艺,明确了每个工序所起的作用。叶轮机械加工工艺方案Ⅰ,强调"以前后盖板内侧流道面作轴向找正基准且以叶轮进口直径作径向找正基准"仔细找正,是叶轮加工工艺的关键环节;方案Ⅱ的叶轮加工工艺,则降低了"以前后盖板内侧流道面作轴向找正基准且以叶轮进口直径作径向找正基准"找正的操作难度,靠工装及合理的工艺编排,保证了叶轮的加工质量。探讨了离心泵叶轮的加工工艺,为提升水泵行业的机械加工水平及提高离心泵产品质量提供参考。 The working principle of centrifugal pump is briefly introduced. Based on analyzing the influence of impeller pro- cessing technology on pump performance, the formulation principle is put forward. The principle indicates that impeller machin- ing process should ensure the runner formed by impeller front and back cover and the middle blade rotate around theoretical axis line. Two sets of impeller processing technology are put forward and the role of each process is cleared up. Impeller machining technology program I :Emphasis on front or back cover inner face of runner for axial alignment, the impeller inlet diameter for radial alignment, this is the key link of impeller machining process;Impeller machining technology program I1 :reduce the oper- ation difficulty of the impeller machining technology program I. By the tooling and reasonable arrangement of the process, the process quality of impeller is ensured. Discussion of centrifugal pump impeller processing technology has important significance to enhance the machining level of China's pump industry and improve the quality of the centrifugal pump.
