临床路径对肾移植患者整体护理的影响

NURSING STUDY OF COMBINING CLINICAL PATH WITH HOLISTIC NURSING ON THE KIDNEY TRANSPLANT PATIENTS

目的探讨临床路径和整体护理对肾移植患者的影响。方法分试验组和对照组(各90例)分别观察两组患者平均住院日、住院费、疗效、并发症、患者及家属满意度等。结果试验组患者住院日、住院费均低于对照组(P<0.05),排斥反应、肺部早期感染和血糖异常两组无明显差别(P>0.05);患者及家属满意度试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于肾移植患者来说临床路径和整体护理相结合优传统护理。

Objective To discuss the infection of the clinical path and holistic nursing on the kidney transplant patients .Methods The clinical path and holistic nursing were adopted respectively to the experi‐mental group and the control group （90 cases each group） .To observe the patients’ average days in hospi‐tal ,the hospital bills ,the curative effect ,complication ,as well as the patients’ and their kinfolks’ the de‐gree of satisfaction ,and so on .Results The days in hospital ,and the hospital bills in the experimental group were lower than the control group（ P〈0 .05） .No significant differences were observed among .Be‐tween two groups on the rejection ,the early inflammation of the lungs and the anomalistic glucose in the blood （ P 〉0 .05） .The patients’ and their kinfolks’ the degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than the control group’s .Conclusions The way which the clinical path was combined with holis‐tic nursing was better than the traditional nursing.
