综合护理干预对慢性精神分裂患者认知功能的影响研究

THE EFFECT OF COMPREHENSIVE NURSING INTERVENTION ON THE COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC SCHIZOPHRENIA

目的探讨综合护理干预措施在改善慢性精神分裂患者认知功能方面的作用。方法选取临沂市精神卫生中心慢性精神分裂住院患者80例,在入院后随机分类两组,在临床药物治疗的同时予以对照组常规心理护理和行为干预,予以治疗组综合护理干预措施,治疗结束后比较两组患者的认知功能评分。结果治疗组患者经综合护理干预措施的辅助治疗后,在精神病症状、生活质量及社会功能三个方面的评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预更有助于慢性精神分裂患者恢复其心理及社会认知能力,对于精神类疾病的康复可起到十分积极的促进作用,值得在临床护理中推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the cognitive func‐tions of patients with chronic schizophrenia .Methods 80 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic schizo‐phrenia were randomly classified into the contrast group treated with clinical drug therapy as well as rou‐tine nursing acre and behavioral intervention and the treatment group treated with clinical drug therapy as well as comprehensive nursing intervention .The cognitive function scores of the patients in the two groups were compared .Results The psychiatric symptom ,quality of life and social functions were more significant‐ly improved in the treatment group than in the contrast group （ P 〈 0 .05 ） .Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can produce good effect on the cognitive functions of patients with chronic schizophre‐nia .
