摘要
目的探讨循证医院管理的实现和影响因素。方法选取2011年5月~2013年7月影响医院管理质量的相关因素,确定与之对应的循证问题,在结合管理经验的基础上,通过查阅文献以及患者的实际需求,做出具体的管理决策,通过不断的实践和评价,以提高和改善护理质量。结果实施循证医院管理后,护理人员对护理管理的意识和工作满意度有很大的改善,患者的满意度有所提高。结论针对影响因素提出具体的循证医院管理途径,可显著提高患者的满意度和医院的护理质量,具有积极的使用和推广价值。
Objective To study the implementation of evidence‐based hospital management and its influ‐ence factors .Methods The evidence‐based problems were identified through summarizing and selecting the influence factors of hospital management . According to the related literature and patients’ real needs , management decisions were made ,practiced and evaluated to improve patients’ satisfaction .Results After the implementation of evidence‐based hospital management ,the management awareness and satisfaction of the nursing staff and the satisfaction of patents were improved .Conclusion The implementation of evidence‐based hospital management can improve patients’ satisfaction and hospitals’ nursing quality .
