循证护理在预防血液透析病人低血压中的应用

APPLICATION OF EVIDENCE-BASED NURSING IN PREVENTING HYPOTENSION IN HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS

目的将循证护理的方法应用于血液透析病人的临床治疗,解决低血压反应的护理问题。方法对60例在透析过程中发生低血压的病人,随机分成两组,观察组30例,应用循证护理的方法进行文献查找,证据分析。制定护理对策,再实施有效的护理干预。观察组30例,应用常规的护理方法。结果经过循证护理,30例观察组血液透析病人经护理干预后低血压总发生率比较低,统计检验表明两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论循证护理方法是一种有效地降低血液透析病人低血压的发生率的护理措施。

Objective In order to solve the problem of the diaiysis hypotension in the process of blood di‐aiysis ,the evidence‐based nursing method was been used in clinical nursing .Methods 60 hemodialysis pa‐tients were randomly divided into two groups ,30 patients in the observed group and 30 patients in the con‐trol group .The evidence‐based nursing method was used in observation group ,and the conventional nurs‐ing method was used in control group .Results The incidence of hypotension was lower in the observed group than that of the patients in the control group .The results are significantly different between ob‐served groups and control group （ P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion The evidence‐based nursing can effectively re‐duce the incidence of hypotension in the process of dial‐y sis .
