Brief Discussion on Dynamic Management of Highway Construction Progress

在公路工程项目建设过程中,施工单位能否保证工程按照合同工期顺利进行,直接体现了企业项目管理水平的高低,也影响着项目的经济效益。简单介绍了在施工进度动态管理中用横道图法、香蕉曲线法、S曲线法、前锋线法、割线法等对进度进行跟踪控制,并指出了纠偏措施,供施工单位参考。

In the process of highway engineering project construction, whether construction units could ensure the compliance of contract duration would directly reflect the project management level of the enterprises that would also influence the economic benefits of the project. This paper has briefly introduced the methods of bar chart method, banana curve method, S curve method, front line method and secant method, etc. adopted in progress follow- up control in dynamic management of construction progress and also has proposed correction measures and reference for construction units.
