近年来,我国建筑业的发展方兴未艾,建筑企业的数量也在不断增加,但多数建筑企业的效益出现下滑的趋势。如何控制工程造价使企业能够获得良好的经济效益,是一个亟待解决的问题。本文主要根据目前施工企业的实际情况,对施工企业工程造价的控制进行了分析。施工企业工程造价的控制主要分为三个方面的内容,投标阶段工程造价控制、施工阶段工程造价控制和竣工阶段工程造价控制。
