摘要
由于手机市场对高像素手机的轻薄化需求,利用ZEMAX光学设计软件优化设计了一款轻薄尺寸500万像素手机摄像头。该镜头采用4个塑料非球面镜片,镜头光圈值F为2.5,焦距为4.1mm,采用APTINA公司的AR0542型号截止频率为358lp/mm的CMOS作为图像传感器。设计结果显示,该摄像头光学总长度为5.1mm,各视场像差均小于5μm,在奈奎斯特频率1/2处,大多数视场的MTF值均大于0.5,场曲小于20μm,畸变小于2%,相对照度大于70%,可以获得优质的成像效果。
The light and thin high-pixel mobile phone camera is demanded with the development of mobile phone market.A 5mega-pixel lens system with thinner size is designed with ZEMAX.The system includes four plastic aspheric lenses.The F-number is 2.5,and the effective focal length is 4.1mm.The sensor AR0542 has 5megapixels which is made by APTINA,whose limiting resolution is 358lp/mm.The design result shows the optical total length is 5.1mm,transverse aberration of all FOVs is less than 5μm,and the MTF value is more than 0.5in most fields of view at 1/2Nyquist sampling frequency.Field curvature is less than 20μm,distortion is less than 2% and relative illumination is more than 70%.It possesses an excellent imaging performance.
