摘要
从总量与结构两个方面分析了天津市劳动力市场的特征:在总量上,劳动力供给大于需求;在结构上,就业的结构性矛盾日益凸显,劳动力的职业技能与岗位需求不匹配。提出可通过经济总量增长扩展就业容量,并通过职业教育与培训提升劳动者技能。
Tianjin labor market features are analyzed from two aspects of the amount and the structure. The amount of labor supply is larger than that of labor demand. The structural contradiction of employment has become increasingly prominent and the occupation skill of the labor force cannot meet the job requirements. It is suggested to expand the employment ca- pacity through the growth of the total economic output, to enhance skills through the occupational education and training.
