Highway Construction in Hebei Area During the Period of Republic(1917-1937)

以民国时期河北公路建设为对象,以公路发展对河北社会政治经济的影响为视角,对民国时期河北公路建设的背景和历史进程、公路管理体制的建立,进行了较为系统的考察和分析。

Taking Hebei highway construction during the Republic of China as an object, from the sight of highway development influencing on Hebei social, politic and economic issues, this paper analyzes systematically the background and history of the process, the establishment of highway management system of Hebei highway construction during the Republic of China.
