摘要
利用汤姆森数据分析器(TDA)、Thomson Innovation分析平台、Innography专利分析平台、中国科学院专利在线分析平台等工具,从专利年度申请趋势、专利申请整体技术布局、主要国家和专利申请机构竞争态势、中美专利法律状态对循环流化床燃烧技术领域的现状、竞争格局和发展趋势进行分析,并通过循环流化床燃烧技术在华专利的技术-功效判读和分析,揭示我国在该研发领域存在的潜在知识产权风险。
In this paper,patents on circulating fluidized bed were analyzed based on patent analysis tools,such as Thom-son Data Analyzer (TDA)and Patent Database Service Platform etc.With the help of annual application trends analysis, patents legal status analysis,patent application’s source distribution analysis and especially from technology -function matrix analysis,the paper reveals the overall development of circulating fluidized bed technology in China,and the potential intellectual property risks for China in this field.
