生态设计视角下基于LCC理论的材料选择评价 被引量:1

Materials Selection Evaluation Based on LCC Theory from Eco- design Perspective

摘要 材料占机械产品成本的较大比重,同时也是产生环境影响的主要根源。将产品生命周期成本理论(LCC)与生态设计理念相结合,将材料作为输入变量,并行分析计量产品生命周期的成本和对环境造成的影响,采用AHP方法建立对生命周期成本和环境影响的综合评价模型。最后,以小汽车车门材料选择为研究对象,对模型进行算例验证,说明模型的决策过程。 Materials costs account for a large proportion of mechanical products costs,and materials are the main reason that leads to environmental impacts.Therefore,combining with the theory of the life cycle cost (LCC)and ecological de-sign,materials are regarded as input variables,and product life cycle cost and environmental impact are analyzed.This pa-per uses AHP method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of life cycle cost and environmental impacts.Finally, the automotive door is selected for the study,and the model is validated,which can explain the decision -making process.
