摘要
目的调查韶关市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法按照WHO生物测试法,计算半数致死浓度(LC50)并与敏感品系进行比较得出抗性指数。结果韶关市白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威的LC50分别为0.0036、0.0060、0.2606和2.1266 mg/L,抗性指数分别为3.60、2.73、1.53和1.24倍。结论韶关市白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂已产生低度抗性,在实际防治中应注意轮换、合理用药。
Objective In order to provide a basis for scientific and reasonable use of pesticides, we investigated the resistance of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in urban area of Sbaoguan city. Methods WHO standard bioassay method was applied to calculate LCs0 and to obtain resistance index by comparing with susceptible strains. Results The median lethal concentration of Ae. albopictus to beta-cypermethrin, decamethrin, dichlorvos, propoxur are 0.0036, 0.0060, 0.2606, 2.1266 mg/L respectively. The resistance index are 3.60, 2.73, 1.53, 1.24 respectively. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in urban area of Shaoguan had low level resistance to beta-cypermethrin and decamethrin. It is important to alternate pesticides and choose appropriate doses in mosquito prevention and control.
