Stathmin expression in villus and decidua tissues from early spontaneous abortion

摘要 目的探讨细胞周期调节蛋白Stathmin与早期自然流产发生的相关性。方法选择早期自然流产和早孕人工流产患者的绒毛和蜕膜组织各30例,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学法检测两组患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中Stathmin的表达。结果 Stathmin主要表达于胎盘绒毛和子宫蜕膜组织的细胞浆中,Stathmin在早期自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中的表达均显著低于早孕人工流产患者,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Stathmin可能与早期自然流产的发生相关。 [Objects] To investigate the correlation between Stathmin and the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion. [Methods] The expression of Stathmin in the villus and decidua tissues from 30 early spontaneous abortions and 30 normal artificial abortions was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry. [Results] Stathmin was positively expressed mainly in the cyto- plasm of both the villus and decidua eells. The mean expression level of Stathmin in the villus and deeidua tissues from early spontaneous abortions was significantly lower than that in the tissues from artificial abortions (P〈 0.05). [ Conclusions ] Stathmin may be involved in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion.
