摘要
以沙棘果泥为原料,分别选用正己烷和石油醚(沸程30℃-60℃)为脱脂剂,提取沙棘果泥中的黄酮。经过成本核算,以正己烷为脱脂剂较石油醚为脱脂剂更适用于工业化提取沙棘黄酮。
In seabuckthorn fruit mud as raw materials, using n- hexane and petroleum ether（30℃ - 60℃ ） for degreasing agent, extraction of flavonoids from seabuckthorn fruit mud, through cost accounting, u- sing n - hexane as a degreasing agent is more suitable for industrialized extraction of seabuckthorn flavone than Petroleum ether.
