湟中县农村集体“三资”管理工作现状与对策

为进一步建立健全村级财务管理制度和监督机制,推进农村基层党风廉政建设,深入推进农村综合改革,构建农村集体资金、资产、资源(以下简称"三资")管理工作新机制,实现农村集体"三资"的规范管理、科学使用和保值、增值,促进农村经济发展,维护农村社会稳定,针对湟中县农村集体"三资"管理工作现状浅谈一下对策。

To further establish and improve the rural financial management system and supervision mecha- nism, promote the rural grass -roots party style and clean government, and further promote the comprehensive rural reform, rural collective capital, assets, resources （hereinafter referred to as ＂three capital＂） the new mechanism of management, the realization of rural collective ＂3 capital＂ standardized management, scientific use and value, value- added, to promote rural economic development, maintain social stability in the country- side,in view of the Huangzhong County rural collective ＂3 capital＂ management situation to discuss counter- measures.
