摘要 本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定土壤样品中As、Cd,对样品预处理方法,条件等进行了改进和优化,同时给出了方法的检出限、线性范围、精密度、准确度、加标回收率等方法参数。经国家标准土壤样品验证,方法的精密度符合分析要求,结果令人满意。研究表明,该方法适用于土壤样品中As、Cd的分析测定。 This article provide the method for determination of As, Cd in soil samples by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with aqua regia sample digestion. The elimination of the interference from coexistent elements on the determination of analytes was discussed. The parameters, such as detection limits, recoveries, precision are all provided. The method has been applied to determination of As, Cd in the National Standard Reference Materials with satisfied results.
