摘要
2014年10月玉炼常减压装置缓蚀剂管线出现结垢现象,通过初顶挥发线温度监测表明挥发线内也存在局部结垢。本文以玉门炼化常减压装置为例分析了常减压装置塔顶挥发线及缓蚀剂管线结垢现象和结垢原因,从塔顶注水和配剂工艺上介绍了结垢原因,以及操作环境下各因素对结垢速率的影响,并提出了相应的解决措施。
In October 2014,the corrosion inhibitor pipeline of the crude oil unit of our factory scaled.Volatile line temperature monitoring on the top of the primary lower indicates that local scaling occurs over there.This paper, taking the crude oil unit workshop in Yumen Oil Refining and Chemical Industry Co. as example,analyzes this kind of sealing phenomenon and reason.The reason is construed by two aspects of waler injection of the top of tower and dispensing process.In additinn,this paper studies the effects of various factors on the fouling rate and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
