摘要
目的探讨护理心理干预对癌症疼痛患者生活质量的影响。方法将100例晚期癌症疼痛患者随机分为对照组和干预组各50例,对照组进行常规癌痛治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上实施护理心理干预,采用数字评分法(NRS)进行疼痛程度的评估,严格遵循WHO的规定,按阶梯给药。采用生活质量评分标准(QOL)对生活质量进行评分,比较2组患者的生活质量差别。结果干预组患者生活质量明显优于同期对照组。结论实施护理心理干预,对提高癌症疼痛患者的生活质量有重要的意义。
Objective To study the effect of nursing psychological interventions on the quality of life （QOL） of patients with cancer pain. Methods A total of 100 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into an intervention group （50 cases） and a control group （50 cases）. The control group was treated with the conventional treatment of cancer pain and nursing. On this basis, the intervention group was treated with nursing psychological interventions. By using the numerical rating scale （NRS）, the degrees of pain were assessed by the ladder suggested by WHO. Results The QOL of patients in the intervention group was much better than that in the control group. Conclusion The nursing psychological interventions can improve the QOL of cancer patients.
