摘要 针对GPRS无线监控节点应用于光伏电站、风电场等环境恶劣的工业现场时的可靠性问题,在硬件上设计了专门的Modem电源开关电路、独立硬件看门狗电路;软件上采用了基于嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II的多任务软件系统结构。设计实现了多任务软件看门狗,并重点对GPRS网络的稳定性进行了研究设计,结构上则设计实现了IP65防护等级。测试证明,上述措施能够有效保证GPRS无线监控节点在工业现场的可靠性。 Focusing on the reliability of GPRS wireless monitor nodes applied in photovohaic power plant and wind farms and similar industrial fields where there are often severe environmental conditions, this paper provides the following solutions: special modem power start-stop circuit, and dedicated hardware watchdog circuit are designed as hardware. While, multitask software system structure based on p.C/OS- II embedded operating system, and multitask software watchdog are adopted in software design, and special design is made for GPRS network stability. In addition, IP65 rating design is adopted in structure. The test results show that these measures can effectively ensure the reliability of GPRS wireless monitor node applied in industrial fields.
