Waste heat recovery in SITD coal moisture control system

介绍了SITD煤调湿工艺中采用多种余热回收技术,以减少系统蒸汽消耗量,分析了系统中冷凝水闪蒸汽回收、热水余热发电以及焦炉烟道气余热利用技术,可增加系统安全性,又可有效降低蒸汽能耗。

This paper introduces several waste heat recovery methods in SITD coal moisture control system to reduce steam consumption in the system. The technologies of recovery of condensate flash steam in the system,power generation with hot water waste heat and utilization of coke oven flue gas waste heat adopted in the system can increase safety of the system and effectively reduce steam con-sumption.
