摘要
分析了干熄焦焦炭烧损率的原因。通过控制影响烧损率的因素,使焦炭烧损率由1.2%下降到0.9%。按照生产焦炭100万t/a计算,每年可减少烧损1 000t,创经济效益100余万元,并延长了干熄炉的使用寿命和年修间隔时间。
This paper analyzes the reason of burnt loss rate of the coke with dry quenching. The burnt loss rate decreases from 1. 2% to 0. 9% through controlling related factors of burnt loss rate. Calcu-lated as per 1 million ton of coke production,1 000 ton of coke can be reduced each year,and more than 1million economic benefits would be created, as well as the service life and interval time of annual overhaul for the CDQ chamber would be extended.
