白刺花苗木的质量评价指标分级

Quality Evaluation Indicators Grading of Sophora david Seedlings

为喀斯特地区石漠化治理中白刺花的高效利用提供科学依据,采用抽样调查法对不同时间地点培育的白刺花质量指标进行调查,并采用主成分分析法、均值±1/2标准差法对1年生白刺花苗木质量评价指标进行筛选和分级。结果表明：地径和Ⅰ级侧根数涵盖白刺花苗木大部分质量信息,可以确定为喀斯特地区白刺花造林苗木质量评价指标。1年生白刺花苗木质量分级标准为地径〉0.70cm,Ⅰ级侧根数〉18为Ⅰ级苗;地径0.45~0.70cm,Ⅰ级侧根数8~18为Ⅱ级苗;地径〈0.45cm,Ⅰ级侧根数≤7为Ⅲ级苗。其中Ⅰ级苗、Ⅱ级苗为合格苗。

The quality indexes of S.david seedlings in different nurseries were analyzed by the sampling survey method and the quality evaluation indexes of S.david seedlings with a year old were screened and graded by the principle component method and mean 1/2 standard deviation method to provide the scientific basis for efficient utilization of S.david in treatment of stony desertification in karst region. Ground diameter and first lateral roots can be used as the indexes to evaluate quality of S.david seedlings because ground diameter and first lateral roots contain most quality information of S.david seedlings.The grading standards of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ S.david seedlings are 〉0.70 cm ground diameter and〉18 first lateral roots,0.45~0.70 cm ground diameter and 8~18 first lateral roots,and〈0.45 cm ground diameter and≤7 first lateral roots respectively.Ⅰ and Ⅱ S.david seedlings are used as the qualified S.david seedlings.
