动电吸附法对城市污泥中铅去除率的工艺优化与效果

摘要 为城市大规模污泥处理提供技术依据,达到城市污泥资源化利用的目的,采用动电技术与吸附法联合处理,考察电压梯度、阴极区pH和去除时间等因素对城市污泥中重金属铅去除效果的影响,并应用原子吸收分光光度法对污泥中去除前后的铅含量进行测定。结果表明:对城市污泥中重金属铅去除的最佳工艺条件为阴极区pH 10、电压梯度2.0V/cm和去除时间为10d;经测试,污泥中重金属铅的含量由579.1mg/kg降至232.8mg/kg。城市污泥经该工艺处理后可达国家酸性土壤标准。 To provide a technical reference for large scale municipal sludge treatment and achieve the goal of resource utilization of municipal sludge,the influence of voltage gradient,pH value of negative electrode and removal time on the removing effect of plumbum was studied by combined application of electrokinetic technique and adsorption method.Meanwhile,atomic absorption spectrometry was employed to determine plumbum content before and after removing from the sludge.Results:the optimum process conditions included pH 10,voltage gradient 2.0 V/cm and removal time 10 d;It was confirmed that plumbum content decreased from 579.1 mg/kg to 232.8 mg/kg,the processed municipal sludge met the state acid soil standard.
