屠宰场污泥锯末混合好氧堆肥腐熟的最佳条件 被引量:1

摘要 为了无害化处理屠宰场污泥并提高其利用价值,对屠宰场污泥进行了锯末混合好氧堆肥腐熟试验,以种子发芽指数作为参考指标,研究了不同C/N值、初始含水率、通风方式对好氧堆肥腐熟度的影响。结果表明:随着堆肥时间的增加,不同C/N值的种子发芽指数均呈持续增加趋势,其中C/N为25的处理发芽指数、最高温度和最大pH值均最高,分别达114.3%、68.7℃和9.0,腐熟效果较好;发芽指数与最高温度正相关,最大pH值的变化与发芽指数的变化规律保持一致;原料初始含水率与微生物活动密切相关,直接影响堆肥腐熟效果,以含水率为55%的处理腐熟效果好;通风+翻堆的处理方式更利于堆肥升温和提高腐熟度。 For innocent treatment of slaughterhouse sludge and enhancing its use ratio,a aerobic composting decomposing test was conducted on slaughterhouse sludge mixed with sawdust,effects of C/N,initial moisture content and ventilation mode on the aerobic compost decomposing degree were studied taking seed germination index as the reference indicator.Results:With the increase of composting time, the seeds of different C/N value of germination index showed an increasing trend, where C/N for processing was 25,the germination index,the maximum temperature and maximum pH value were the highest,up to 114.3%, 68.7℃ and 9.0, the maturity effects was better.During the process of composting,germination index positively correlated with the highest temperature,variation of the changes in the maximum pH value and germination index was consistent.The initial moisture content of the raw material was closely related to microbial activity,directly affected the compost maturity effect,55%moisture processing maturity had good effect.To promote the compost heap temperature,improve the maturity degree,ventilation and turning were better way to handle.
