摘要
介绍了一种星载脉冲行波管高压电源。该高压电源主功率输出采用电流馈电型主动箝位推挽隔离DC DC变换器结构,灯丝及其它辅助供电采用LLC架构。脉冲高压电源输出最高电压为8kV,脉冲重复频率最高可达100kHz,脉冲宽度为1~100μs,高压电源最大输出功率为400 W,效率大于90%,重量小于3kg。测试结果表明该型高压电源具有电源体积小、重量轻、效率高、保护措施完善、负载调整率好等特点,适用于星载应用。
A satellite-board high-voltage power supply based on pulse traveling wave tube(TWT)is introduced in this paper.The isolated DC-DC converter with current-feed active-clamp push-pull structure is employed for main power output of the high-voltage supply.The LLC converter structure is employed for filament and other assistant power supplies.The maximum output voltage of pulse high-voltage power supply is 8kV,the maximum pulse repeat frequency can be 100 kHz,pulse width is 1~100μs,the maximum output power of high-voltage power supply is 400 W,the efficiency exceeds 90%,the weight is less than 3kg.Test results indicate that the high-voltage power supply has the features such as small volume,light weight,high efficiency,perfect safeguard,good load regulation and so on,which is suitable for satellite-board application.
