摘要
针对酒钢4号265㎡烧结机优化配料的问题,对其所用大宗铁精矿、粉矿进行了烧结性能研究,并对几种主要铁料进行了合理配矿烧结杯试验研究。根据大宗铁精矿、粉矿的烧结性能,由优到劣进行了排序,推荐了4号烧结机合理配矿结构。
Aiming at the problem of burdening optimization of 4# 265m2 sintering machine in JISCO, the sintering properties of largely used iron concentrate and powder ore were studied, and some kinds of main iron materials are researched in rational ore matching sintering pot test. Based on the sintering properties, these kinds of iron concentrate and powder ore are ordered from good to bad and rational ore matching structure for 4# sintering machine are recommended.
