文章简述电涡流位移传感器的工作原理及衡量其计量性能的指标,着重介绍了利用本实验室已有的中频振动标准装置,通过加装固定支架,组成动态指标校准装置,实现电涡流位移传感器动态指标的校准。
The paper has described the working principle of the eddy current displacement sensor and indicators which measure the metering performance of the eddy current displacement sensor briefly. It focuses on using the existing intermediate frequency standard vibration device and a fixed brecket to make up an apparatus for calibrating the dynamic indicators of eddy current displacement sensor.
