经外周穿刺中心静脉导管末端水柱波动对判断导管异位的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经外周穿刺中心静脉导管(peripherally insertedcentral catheters,PICC)导管末端水柱波动能否判断导管异位。方法便利抽样选择在东营市人民医院住院的肿瘤化疗科须置入PICC的患者100例为研究对象,按常规置入PICC,置管后观察患者胸腔压力观测导管末端水柱波动,并行X线摄片判断导管位置。结果水柱无波动或微弱波动的导管异位率为76.9%,水柱波动良好的导管异位率为1.15%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过观察PICC导管末端水柱波动可间接判断导管异位情况。 Objective To discuss whether the catheters tip water column fluctuation can judge catheter mi splacement of PICC.Methods By convenience sampling, 100 patients with PICC were selected and PICC were inserted conventionally.Then the change of patient chest pressure was used to observe the catheters tip water column fluctuation and the catheter place was identifyed by using X-ray. Results The catheter misplacement rate of no or irregular catheter water column fluctuation group was 76.9%.The catheter misplacement rate of water column fluctuating well was 1.15% (P〈0.01).Conclusion The fluctuations of the water column can indirectly reflect the catheter heterotopia.
