摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法(sol-gel)合成2Ca O-Mg O-2Si O2:Ce3+,Tb3+绿色荧光粉,研究发现在Ce3+和Tb3+共激活的2Ca O-Mg O-Si O2荧光粉中,Ce3+能很有效地把能量传递给Tb3+,从而使Tb3+的发射大大加强.Ce3+和Tb3+之间的能量传递初步判断为以电多极子相互作用为主的共振能量传递.
Abstract: A green-emitting 2CaO-MgO-2SiP2: Ce^3+,Tb^3+ was synthesized by sol-gel method. The exper- imental results indicate that there exists an effective nonradioactive energy transfer from Ce^3+ to Tb^3+ in the phosphor of Ce^3+ and Tb^3+ co-doped 2CaO,MgO-SiO2. This .transfer is due to the electric dipole-dipole interaction resonance transfer.
