摘要
根据高庄煤矿井下存在的电能问题,设计出一套防爆型660 V STATCOM装置,阐述了该装置的总体设计和主要部分的功能,并给出了控制单元的设计。将该装置安装在高庄煤矿井下绞车附近,利用电能质量分析仪测得绞车变压器出线侧电压、电流特定谐波的含量降低,无功功率为0 Var,证明所设计的防爆型STATCOM能够实现消谐和无功补偿的功能。
According to the existing electrical energy problem in Gaozhuang coal mine, this paper design a set of explosion-proof 660 V STATCOM device. The paper describes the overall design of the device and the function of main parts, giving design plan of the control unit. The device was installed near the Gaozhuang Mine Winch and used the power quality analyzer to measure a particular harmonic and reactive power in the voltage, current of winch transformer. The result proved the explosion-proof STATCOM can realize the harmonic elimination and reactive power compensation function.
