煤矿防爆车辆液力变矩器闭锁时车辆速度计算

摘要 对煤矿液力传动车辆专用闭锁液力变矩器进行分析,推导出闭锁液力变矩器动力学模型、数学模型和闭锁条件,提出了一种用于煤矿防爆车辆液力变矩器闭锁时车辆速度的计算方法,以WC8E(B)煤矿井下防爆无轨胶轮车为例进行了分析计算,验证了文中提出的计算方法,并与实际测试结果对比分析。结果表明:该计算方法能够很好地对煤矿液力传动防爆车辆闭锁车辆速度进行计算。 By analyzing the lock-up process of hydraulic torque converter of hydrodynamic transmission vehicles in coal mine. Dynamic model, mathematical model and latch-up condition of latch-up hydraulic torque converter were deduced, and a calculated method for hydraulic torque converter locking vehicle speed of coal mine explosion-proof vehicle was proposed. By WC8(B)as an example to verify the calculated method in this paper, and compared with the actual test results .The results show that: the method can be very good on the calculated to latch-up speed of ydrodynamic transmission vehicles in coal mine.
