摘要
针对应用于大采高液压支架立柱的试验问题,结合新发布的GB25974.2-2010煤矿用液压支架第2部分《立柱和千斤顶技术条件》标准要求,设计了20 000 k N工作阻力的立柱加载试验系统。该试验系统主要由乳化液泵站、增压加载系统、加载试验台和CAT系统等部分组成;通过实际应用表明,该试验台结构合理、性能稳定,能够满足准630 mm缸径以下所有液压支架立柱的出厂试验要求。
For, application in big mining height hydraulic support's cylinder within the load test, this paper designs a column strength test system with 20 000 kN working resistance which combined with the new release of GB25974.2-2010 for coal mine hydraulic support and jack technical conditions of Part 2 standard requirements. It mainly consists of emulsion pump and pressurized hydraulic system, loading test bed and CAT system.
