摘要
研究了立式装缸上帽机的工作原理,将油缸水平装配改变为垂直立式装配。实践表明:将油缸垂直放置来旋紧螺纹式导向套,满足了大吨位高端液压支架千斤顶的装配工艺要求。
The paper mainly studied the working principle of vertical fitted cylinder cap machine, changing assembly technology of hydro-cylinder from horizontal assembly to vertical one. Practice indicated that placing the vertical guide sleeve of cylinder to tighten the screw type could satisfy the large tonnage and high-end hydraulic support jack requirements in assembly process.
