摘要
通过对跳汰机内部流场的PIV实验研究,分析不同结构的空气室对机体内流体运动状态产生的影响,从而设计出更加合理的新型空气室结构,并对新结构进行PIV实验测试。实验结果表明:新结构可以产生更加均匀平稳的脉动水流,改善跳汰机分选效果;新结构的机体高度降低了1/3,降低了厂房高度;新结构可以减小跳汰机的进风压力,节约能源。
Based on the PIV Experimental study of jig internal flow field,analyze the impact of different structure air chamber on motion state of the body fluid to design a more rational structure of the new air chamber, also take the PIV experiment test for the new, structure. Experimental results show that: The new structure can produce more uniform steady pulsating flow to improve the jig separation efficiency;The new structure can lower the height of the jig by a third and reduce plant height;The new structure can reduce the inlet pressure of the Jig to save energy.
