露天矿单斗-卡车间断工艺车铲匹配优化研究

Research of Reasonable Matching of Shovel-truck Technology in Open Pit Mine

针对露天矿车铲匹配两大关键因素车铲比和勺容比,分析了两者的选取对于露天矿设备效率发挥的影响,得出合理的车铲比可减少挖掘机欠车和卡车等车时间,合理的勺容比应综合考虑卡车的车厢容积和额定载重,根据装载物料的性质选择的结论。

Aiming at the two key factors of the open-pit truck shovel matching, the number ratio and the volume ratio of truck-shovel, their influences on the efficiency of the equipment of open-pit mine are analysed. Results indicate reasonable number ratio of truck - shovel can reduce excavator less cars and trucks waiting time. The reasonable volume ratio should be integrated into the truck carriage volume and rated load and according to the characteristics of load materials to be selected.
