摘要
介绍面向系统原理图的液压系统仿真软件Automation Studio。以剪切机液压系统设计为例,在Automation Studio平台下进行模拟仿真,对剪刀液压缸的外负载和流量特性进行研究,并与Bosch Rexroth实验台实物测试数据进行对比,二者基本相同,证明该仿真软件的有效性。
This paper introduce the hydraulic system simulation automation studio software which orients the system principle diagram. Taking the sheet metal shears' hydraulic system design as an example, the external load and flow of shears cylinder were simulated using Automation 'studio. This system was debugged on Bosch Rexroth experimental table, the parameter test results are basic sameness with the simulation results. It proved the validity of the simulation software.
