摘要
针对一起空压机燃爆事故特征、燃爆发生位置及燃爆原因分析,认为空压机气阀漏气造成压比升高进而推高排气温度是发生此次燃爆事故的主要原因。为减少此类事故的发生,从一级排气压力、二级进、排气温度报警限值设置、排气阀腔温度监测方面指出了防范措施。
In view of a burning explosion Accident of air compressor, the characteristics, position and causes of Burning Explosion are analyzed, and the main reason of the discharge temperature increasing with pressure ratio by the valve leakage is considered. Preventive measures of 1st discharge pressure, 2nd inlet Pressure,2nd discharge temperature and temperature detection of the discharge valve chamber against such explosion accident are put forward.
