摘要 在多轴数控机床轮廓误差耦合控制中,轮廓误差计算方法的准确性直接影响轮廓加工精度。针对有明确表达式的空间自由曲线,利用两矢量垂直时点乘为零的特性,采用二分法和牛顿-拉普森迭代法,准确计算轮廓误差;并设计了一种轮廓误差耦合控制方案,实现了对轮廓误差的实时补偿控制。数控仿真结果表明:轮廓误差耦合控制方法能够有效提高轮廓加工精度。 The contour error calculation method directly influences the machining precision in multi- axis CNC machine tool contour error coupled control. Aimed to free form curves with definition formula, contour error is calculated accurately with dichotomy method and Newton-raphson method in the paper. Furthermore, a contour error coupled control scheme is designed in order to achieve real-time contour error compensation. The machining simulation results indicate that the developed method is effective to improve CNC machine tool contour accuracy.
